This series of habits can be implemented any day, whenever, forever.

I hope to reveal to you many simple changes to make to lower the overall toxin burden within your life. Our goal is not to be perfect – but rather to be intentional and aware. While we could go at this out of fear, it is healthier to go at it with your own best interest in your health. Junk food corporations and ‘all-things-artificial-living corporations’ unfortunately do not have our best interests in mind.  Here’s to bettering ourselves with realistic and sustainable changes.

Over the 21 days, you’ll be given diet, lifestyle, and movement habits. I’ve packed the days with a lot, but I kept it reasonable for our day-to-day lives.   • The 21-day Holistic Habit Builder is a one-time fee of $21.00 – for lifetime access!

    This equates to just $1.00 per day for 21 days – (meaning you have a lifetime of free access to follow). This includes all of the downloads included in special lessons.

  • The goal of this 21-day “habit builder” is not to plan out your days for 3 weeks and then leave you hanging (which is what tends to happen with plans like that). Instead, I provide you with all of the solid foundational habits to build upon. Each day, I introduce a new practice to implement.

    This ensures that once the three weeks are over, you will be smooth sailing on your own. The diet and movement topics will give you both freedom and guidance to optimize your health.

  • Because I don’t know your personal schedule and would never be able to cater a daily schedule to fit everyone’s needs, feel free to move a day of the challenge to another day of the week.

    If you can’t grocery shop on the day intended to do so, plan to as soon as you can and refer back to the message. If you have no time for a day’s planned movement, keep it in mind for the next day that you can.

    This series of habits can be implemented any day, whenever, forever. Don’t worry about perfecting the challenge. As long as the information itself is kept, you can then put it on a back burner and implement it whenever.

    All days will be unlocked upon purchase, though they will be marked incomplete until you click on the day. Feel free to look ahead days/weeks before to prepare yourself and plan out your day.

  • I recommend starting Day 1 on a Monday, as I’ve structured the schedule like this.

    For example, the Sunday morning slow breakfast on Day 7 is intentional to build this habit of slowing down whenever possible after a week of rushed breakfasts.

    It doesn’t matter if it’s a Monday in the last week of the month, but start Day One on a Monday.
