Lemon Garlic Shrimp
Shrimp kissed by zesty lemon and garlic for a simple yet incredible dish. These can be made in no time at all.
Ingredients
1 lb large wild-caught shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons grass-fed butter
3 cloves organic garlic, minced
1 lemon (juice)
2 tablespoons organic fresh parsley, chopped
Unrefined salt to taste
Directions
In a stainless steel skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add shrimp, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are opaque.
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the shrimp and serve.
