Lemon Garlic Shrimp

Shrimp kissed by zesty lemon and garlic for a simple yet incredible dish. These can be made in no time at all.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large wild-caught shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 3 tablespoons grass-fed butter

  • 3 cloves organic garlic, minced

  • 1 lemon (juice)

  • 2 tablespoons organic fresh parsley, chopped

  • Unrefined salt to taste

Directions

  1. In a stainless steel skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Add shrimp, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are opaque.

  4. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the shrimp and serve.
