Probiotic Guacamole

This kefir guacamole is creamy with a hint of tang. Kefir combines well both sweet or salty – enabling us to add probiotics to just about any food.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • ½ cup raw kefir

  • 1 medium organic tomato

  • ½ organic onion, diced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed organic lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon unrefined salt

Directions

  1. Peel and slice avocados, then mash them with a fork with the kefir.

  2. Dice the tomato and onion and add it and the other ingredients.
