Probiotic Guacamole
This kefir guacamole is creamy with a hint of tang. Kefir combines well both sweet or salty – enabling us to add probiotics to just about any food.
Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
½ cup raw kefir
1 medium organic tomato
½ organic onion, diced
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed organic lime juice
1 teaspoon unrefined salt
Directions
Peel and slice avocados, then mash them with a fork with the kefir.
Dice the tomato and onion and add it and the other ingredients.
